A fellow progressive and I are discussing LOST; specifically, Sawyer’s con games, when The Paulite roars out over the cube wall: “Just like Bush”, interjecting himself (and politics) into our non-political discussion. He pronounces it “Boosh”
This is how he differs from The Palinite: he never directly confronts anyone with his views. He waits until a topic of conversation comes up, usually one to which he is not a direct party, and then, somehow, dizzyingly, brings it around forcefully to his current obsession, typically prompting eye rolls and groans and calls of “there he goes, again.”
